Heath Care Billing Specialist

General Requirements

Admission to the Health Care Billing Specialist certificate program requires candidates to be a high school graduate or have a General Education Development (GED) certificate. Entering students are also required to interview with an admissions representative and complete the NBC placement test as part of the admissions process.

Course Offerings and Certificate Requirements

Certificate programs do not require students to complete general education coursework and are most appropriate for individuals who wish to gain career skills in as short a time as possible without a degree. In order to obtain a Health Care Billing Specialist certificate, students must complete the courses below for a total of 25 credit hours.
